I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years & the service has always been outstanding. Recently had a GTR LED bulb fail, gave them a call, and they handled it quickly— Shout out to Dexter @TRS. He took care of me & the problem.. In today’s world, customer service isn’t always a priority for big companies, so it’s great to see why you guys continue to be successful. I was very impressed with Priscilla customer service she provided in a warranty exchange. She was very helpful and honest with a warrant exchange I had with a HID bulbs I had purchased 5 years ago. She was honest about the warranty I still had on product and clearly could have allowed me to purchase another kit.
Most high-end products look amazing but function very poorly. I am/was a dealer and more than half of the things I bought from this company I’ve had to be warrantied or returned. The customer service is even worse. They look amazing, but if it’s too good to be true, then you already know
Been dealing with The Retrofit Source for about a year now. Best lighting products in the industry for sure! The people there become family. I’ve done a couple trips for some of the team for their other companies and it’s a BLAST every time and seeing real world testing in the field is a great way to compare products! The proof is in the pudding!
Been using TRS for a little over 2 years and have always had everything work amazingly. I have the D2S HID Projector drop in retrofit for my 15 accord and I made my own custom Switchback OEM+ Headlights with their XK Glow strips. I love the company so much that I decided to use their included stickers inside my custom headlights to make them really stand out.
