Do Not Rent Here I've lived here for 4 years and before aion took over it was great but now it is awful the office people are rude they took away the indoor pool matience takes forever for any requests took me a year to get a working dishwasher but they come in to "check" stuff all the time but don't fix or do anything. My apartment is very run down but rent goes up every lease renewal. 25 for parking and they charge for gas and water per month and it varies each month. These apartments are not worth the price.
I wish we had old management back The gym is closed, the pools are closed and we probably won’t even get the indoor pool back. Higher rent, but nothing is better. We only have one lock on our door compared to 2. The gym and pool have been closed since the summer, they keep saying they will renovate it, I don’t know how long it takes to renovate a tiny room (grass grows faster). Avoid Oak Ridge Prop management does not keep the peace. Fails to make repairs properly first time. Unaware of hazards on property. Fails to comply with MD LT law. Retaliates against tenants who complain. Avoid this place like the plague
