Disappointed The hotel was decent. However, it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised when I booked my stay. Also most of the restaurants were closed during my stay, given the low occupancy rate. That was disappointing. I wanted to try 2 of them. In addition the hotel only has one sit down restaurant which is only open Thursday to Sunday. The rest are set up like your local mall foodcourt. Our room 210, had an awful, constant sound from the heating/ac unit that was maddening. Facilities came up and said they, unfortunately, couldn’t tamper with it because it’s under manufacturer’s warranty since it’s new. We had to have them turn the unit off completely. The front desk brought up blankets because it’s supposed to be 53 degrees tonight. So, we are not happy and trust they will compensate us with a refund or at the very least, a partial refund!

I have stayed in several different hotels over the years for trips and was never so disappointed in my experience that I felt the need to leave a negative review. This location is absolutely terrible, from the lack of air conditioning, the bathroom doors that don't lock, the open-concept shower and last but not least, the staff. Check in was fine . Checking out was the problem. Checked out Sunday morning around 7:30 . No one was at desk. Security had call the lady from back. Then it took us thirty minutes to get vehicle from valet .
