very dissatisfied, 2 weeks out and have zero results after photo facial and elixis. had photo facial at a different clinic a couple years ago and had flawless skin after one treatment, was hoping not to have to drive back to essence med spa in Nebraska but might be worth the trip. they were also supposed to call me the Monday after my appointment for my second treatment and im still waiting, other than that the clinic was beautiful.

Hi Marcy, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your treatment. I do want to clarify, however, that in all of our consent forms you signed (and was verbalized at your appointment), Exilis treatments do require 3-5 sessions on average to see optimal results (Spaced 3-4 weeks apart) and while many patients see a result after (1) BBL Photofacial, it does usually require multiple sessions.
