The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach

I have lived here for over 2 years and absolutely love it! Yes the parking is bad but you see that in almost every apartment complex. Also, including a garage in the rent was a nice surprise since most apartments charge monthly just for a uncovered parking spot. It can be noisy at times but for the most part it's not bad. Every time I go into the office they are always professional and so nice! I highly recommend The Sanctuary to anyone looking for a new home!

I’m a little... I’m a little concerned that some of the maintenance work that gets called on isn’t completed. I had another issue with a leaking ceiling that was never fixed. However it was states online that it was. And this most recent incident was a change of a light bulb in a fan, the original job was not completed so I had to create another ticket. This is where a new fan has to be installed.

The Sanctuary at... The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach is such a nice clean, peaceful community to live. We've been here for 5 years! I love it!

The kitchen floor... The kitchen floor and the bathroom in general were not clean. I am not sure if the prior resident "cleaned" it or your cleaning service.

You have incredibly... You have incredibly and communicative office staff. We had an extremely difficult situation and had to evict someone I had co-signed for. I worked with the staff to not pay rent so they could be evicted and then immediately catch up the back rent so it wouldn't harm me in any way. They're fantastic.

If we were... If we were unable to pickup our heavy packages (holiday season) the staff offered to deliver heavy packages in our apartments so they were safe. That is amazing!!

The complex is... The complex is quiet, has nice people and is well maintained. The front office staff and all the workers you see around during the day are friendly and happy and make living here very nice!
