This real estate company The Schrader Group is a sham. They prey on widows. My Mom is using them to sell her house that's over $300,000. They told her that if they don't sell her house in 5 months they will buy it, and waive the 3% sales commission on the sale of the house if she listed them on the new house. Well, here they are almost 5 months later with the house not sold. They told her if they have to buy it now they won't waive the 3% and are going to charge her the full 6% for the house and they made her sign a paper s... read more
