My fiance used them for a family law issue. We paid a 6000$ retainer. It was a non disputed situation. They were seldom in communication. The case was solved fairly easily. Out of the 6000$ they used less than 5000$ we received no refund for the remaining balance. We also received an invoice asking for more money.
