I hired Jody after my previous representation seemed to take a wait and see approach on my case. At the first meeting with Jody, after I laid out my situation I could see he was already thinking of a course of action, he asked if my counsel had filed "XYZ" and when my answer was no he replied frankly, you need to get that done quickly. Jody and his staff are phenomenal. We had a great experience and results during our year and a half long case. In the end we were even able to recover part of the costs from the other party. In the past I have hired other firms that specialize in "Mens rights" with horrible results and not very good service.
