The Doctor and his assistant were very good, however they need to do a better job of informing people about the closed lobby and the filling out of paperwork. We received an email 11 minutes after we arrived and waited close to an hour after our scheduled appointment. Just giving people a heads up at the time of booking or prior to their arrival about any and all necessary information, would be nice.
