If anyone’s kiddos need dental work I highly recommend them! Such caring workers they made my little mans experience that could have been terrifying so wonderful! I won’t take him anywhere but here!
My daughter has been terrified of dentists since she was little and the minute we walked in the office I knew we were in a good place. They cleaned her teeth and then did x-rays and Dr Matt came in and was friendly and explained everything and said she needed to have a tooth pulled. He numbed it, and she barely felt the needle to numb the rest of it. When he came back in to pull it he was done so fast she didn't even know that it was done.
Dr. Anderson and his staff are kind , patient and sweet with my children. One of my children has special needs the other is afraid of being at the dentist and the staff takes all the time needed to work through any and all issues that we have I recommend them on Facebook to other special needs families constantly.
I was so nervous taking my little ones to the dentist for the first time. But Dr. Anderson and his staff put me and my kids at ease. They have great bedside manner, are super calm, and explain everything well. The hygienist played games with my 3-year old to relax her. They showed her all the equipment/tools and let her touch them, so she wasn't scared when they were using them. My 11yr old is terrified of Doctors and Dentists. We have been going to The Smile Spot since new ownership with Dr Matthew Anderson came on board. Before this company came into the build that Dr Pruitt occupied, I was even scared of the dentist. My son has his appt today and was nervous as always but the staff and Dr Matt was wonderful as always. My son said, I like you Dr Matt and gave him and his dental hygienist a hug and was super happy. Dr. Anderson and staff are AMAZING with my kids. I have one complicated little lady and she no longer dreads going to the dentist! The waiting areas are well stocked with toys, tv and CLEAN. So thankful we found The Smile Spot almost two years ago!
