STEER CLEAR. Save yourself SO much money and aggravation (plus a terrible bedside manner and unsatisfactory results), and just GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Cannot stress it enough, but we're still dealing with the aftermath of visiting this office years ago.

I write this for anyone considering cosmetic dental work at this office. In March of 2021 I started the process of having veneers done my two front teeth with Dr Segal. I was told the process would take a couple weeks during my consultation. I did not end up with satisfactory veneers until July of 2021. During the time frame between March-July, I had 10 appointments at the office during this time frame. Staff is nice, but the dentist doesn't care about his patients!! Find another practice for your dental needs!
Dr. Siegel's Response to my review is inflammatory, he is holding my money hostage, I want it returned. If anyone who reads my review wants proof of my before and after photos, and my contract with Dr. Siegel and the work he never did but kept my money I am happy to provide all of these things to you. The Dr goes to classes on how to profile people, they are cons in this office and are so nice so they can get your money than if there's a problem their response is you are no longer a patient. They said I canceled an appointment 2 years ago and now owe $108 before they'll release my records. The appointment was canceled but within the allotted time frame. This place is more concerned about the finances than they are the relationships with their patients.

Anthony, You have your facts wrong. You never canceled the appointment, but rather never showed up for the appointment. Part of that balance that you owe was for work that was completed that wasn't paid by your insurance company.
Overall, I like the staff, the office is clean and modern and I never have to wait long to be seen. I would give it 5-stars, but I am amazed by this one experience.... I went in for a normal cleaning (Thursday Appointment). When I got home I noticed that my bottom tooth was chipped. It clearly happened during the cleaning.
