I was a patient at a Plainsboro practice for over 20 years before the practice was bought by these owners. At first, they stayed in Plainsboro, but after they closed that location, I followed them to their Dayton office--unfortunately, that was a mistake. Do not under any condition go to these people. The dentists and staff are all incompetent. They did thousands of dollars worth of work on my teeth. Months later I am still in pain and I have been back three times and the problems have not been correted. Dr Glatt told me I had to have all the work removed and started all over again...at my own expense!!!! My last visit was scheduled to be a cleaning but the staff refused to do the cleaning and instead wanted to change me $1200 for a deep cleaning. When I went to another denti... read more

No issues with the dentist but the business side of this office in Dayton, NJ, is unprofessional and absolutely stinks! On TWO occasions in March 2023, I was overcharged. I was finally reimbursed 7 MONTHS later after making many unreturned phone calls and finally getting my insurance company involved. To this day, the office manager has yet to return my calls.

I would leave NO STARS if possible. They have a HORRIBLE Office Manager named Michelle, for more than a year now I've been waiting for her to call me back regarding a refund of $600+ that is STILL due to me for a payment they advise me I had to pay out of pocket that my insurance company actually covered. I've left several emails and made several phone calls to the office and she has yet to call me back a year later now. No one can give me the corporate office or Michelle's boss' number. After Dr. Meade, his partners and some of the front desk team left the practice things seem to fall apart. I was greeted by Greg who had the worst attitude and thus my family and neighbors have let the practice for a kinder practice down the road. Greg practically ordered my son to give him his credit card data. My son felt intimidated and called me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment that i received by the doctor of dental medicine practice and their office staff in dayton on georges road. I paid upfront for the work that my daughter was having done. She did not have all of the work done. This appointment was in 2018. All of the doctors are exceptional except for 1. Her name was Jacklyn she said to my child who is 8 years hold he has shit all over his teeth and he sucks at brushing. She had no experience whatsoever she repeatedly scratched his gums and when he got how home they were bleeding. 1 year back she was working at the register. She should go back.
