The entire staff has been fantastic for the 2+ years I've been using Simply Beautiful Smiles. I always get a warm personal welcome from Nicole when I get to the office and the waiting room is very comfortable and soothing. After 5 years of avoiding the dentist due to anxiety and previous negative experiences, I chose to go to Simply Beautiful Smiles because all of my co-workers (and online reviews) raved about the wonderful staff. My family has been going here for 3 years now. They are very friendly and never had an issue with insurance or an unexpected charge. Night and day better than American Dental Care whom I will never go back to.
For my entire life, I have HATED going to the dentist. The dentist at Beautiful Smiles were the best dental experience of my life. Due to neglect, I have not gone to the dentist in 3-4 years. The dentist at Beautiful Smiles worked on me (extractions, an abscess, root canal, x-ray, cleaning and multiple fillings from 8:30 - 4PM, which was great!! If you're having a bad day- go to the dentist!!! Seriously, after leaving I was in such a great mood. Everyone here was so nice. I have moved around a lot in my life so far and this by far changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. It was quick, easy, they explained everything they were doing and what they saw, actually cared about me! I just got back, and felt compelled to share how happy I was with this office! The main dentist is very nice/personable however he recommended Invisalign to stop grinding my teeth. I think he recommends it to everyone who walks in the door. Invisalign did not helped at all and through the process created extra spaces in my teeth (huge gap now in back where he ground down a tooth next to a crown). I now have to floss literally every time I eat. My gums are receding because of how dry my mouth gets at night having to wear TWO retainers for the rest of my life. My daughter got her clear braces there and had a care credit account. I kept calling about a bill that I received and they kept telling me to disregard the bill... after multiple calls to try to iron out the bill... they sent me to a collection agency... poor customer service !!!
Made an appointment for a general cleaning of my teeth at Simply Beautiful Smiles of Doylestown and Dr. Slish and his hygienist, Patty flatly refused to do it, and instead insisted that I needed scaling done, a deep cleaning under the gums that is painful with risk of infection. They kept me there for two hours trying to wear me down, and after I refused it, they still would not clean my teeth. I never fill out surveys, verbally complain or give feedback, but I created this Yelp account to specifically explain how horrible my experience was at this dentist today. Not only did I see 3-4 different dental techs before the actual dentist (who I saw for 34 seconds) ... None of them had the same story about my teethuntil it was time to "see my treatment options." In all of our years here, we have never had a 1-Star review. You indicated on your New Patient form that your last Xrays were "pre-2014".
