The hours could improve no offense I work 8:30-4:30 Monday -Friday. The receptionist was rude acting like it was my problem I had work maybe they could open up on a Saturday so people with jobs could come

The dental service was fine. Paying the bill was not. I was besieged by texts demanding payment by allowing Smilist to deduct the $28 from my account but no address to send a check. I called the number on the dunning e-mail. I left a message to call me back. I called the office in Jamesport and sent the check to the address they gave me. The check was returned. Dealing with this dental practice is literally a pain! . More than a month ago I made an appointment to have a filling that fell out replaced, along with a cleaning. When I arrived, I was told that the dentist had an emergency and couldn't see me. That was irritating since the tooth is painfully sensitive, but I was given an new appointment a few weeks later, after initially being told they were booked up for the next six months. This was a good practice at one time although other members of my family did refuse to be treated by one of the dentists because of his lack of "chair-side manners". Since this practice has been taken over by The Smilist it has become a horror. The dentists are routinely overbooked. They could not accommodate a dental emergency and left me with a broken bridge.
