NO ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! I had my daughter go there and paid over $2,700 to have 4 front teeth done. IN THE FRONT!!! She was so excited to finally have them done!!! She was hit by a car when she was 7 years old and had nerve damage, they were damaged. Well this dentist so called fixed them and one kept falling out!! Told her she needed other work in the back done, then root canal on that particular one, however it doesn't hurt, she just want's it to stay in!! these people are the worse, they led me to believe that they take my health plan had me fill out the many pages of forms just to then tell me the day of the appointment that they do not take the plan I have, very unprofessional, knowing what I now know I would not have even call them, buyer beware.

Sadly this practice does not care about the patients. The dentists do their best to upsell the patient services they do not need or want and gloss over patient concerns (several times in my experience with them). My insurance was billed and paid for services that were not performed and I tried to explain this to them, they would not listen and I walked out! Lastly, I was told no out-of-pocket and wound up paying $400+ for other services they did perform. Island Daily Dental Care is not BBB listed so I contacted the insurance... read more

They were doing a cap. They said your insurance covers it all. They did the work. Couple of months later got a bill for over a $100 dollars. Called said don't bother you insurance covers it. Got it again for the next 3 months, call them all 3 timea said your insurance covers it. Until I called again now my insurance don't cover it. So for months don't worry your insurance covers it until now your insurance don't cover it. As for the cap I still feel a ting in it every once in a while. Would not recommend this place.

I was a patient at Island daily dental. I needed dentures after having all my teeth pulled. I was told "I needed immediate dentures which should last up to a year while my gums healed. I have not been able to wear them for more than a few days. I went back several times for adjustments to no avail. On my last visit without mentioning the dentist by name, I was told sorry, we cannot help you and that I should see a specialist. This was all after I spent $2,000 for them. I went in for a last minute appointment because I was in a considerable amount of pain -- pain that they didn't seem to really care about or address at all. The tech was sullen and cold (I considered asking if she was okay?). The doctor was barely polite and sometimes spoke in jargon/initialisms that I had to ask him to clarify. Afterwards a woman (no idea who! she did not explain who she was) tried to get me to sign a form involving payment for very expensive future care. ZERO STARS! i came in as an emergency appointment bc my dentist office was closed and i had a wedding to attend the next day. i was complaining of tooth pain and after they gave me an x-ray they told me the tooth needed to be pulled and i would need a bridge. knowing the cost of this would be extreme i left as he didn't seem to address why i was in pain if there was anything else we should do before etc. days later i saw my normal dentist who told me the tooth had a root canal already and seemed irritated around the gums gav... read more

I wish I could give this place "0" stars. Totally tried to bully me and scam me into investing in a bridge which was not medically necessary at the time. Dr. Yitta Garden refused to provide me with a filling on my tooth that was causing me pain and insisted that I needed two crowns and a bridge which would run me 1,000's of dollars. This is not a joke and I feel it was completely UNETHICAL!

SCAMMERS.. The first and only thing the "dentist" was interested in was that I should have bridges and crowns, nothing about the health of my teeth or gums. Then I was informed I need a root canal, on a tooth that is giving me absolutely NO trouble at all. Coincidentally it is one that needs a replacement crown and next to open space (possible bridge).
