This is my 3rd visit here. My dentist joined their practice. The front desk seems personable. As with most mergers, there are hiccups, but they should not impact the patient and this impact they are talking about $4800 additional on top of the $4800 I paid and was quoted by my dentist total.

I actually really like this dentist office. This is only my second visit. Both times I called last minute and in a lot of pain. Each time they were able to squeeze me in and fix the problems I was having

Absolute worse. Booked an appointment for a root canal, waited an hour and they did not do the root canal. They did a scan and had me wait in the room and the dentist did not come in until an hour later just to tell me I need to book another appointment for another day. Seems like they don't care about other people's time and are only after your money.
They billed me at put in a claim for work that was barely started. Now I can't get my insurance to cover it at the new dentist because they paid the smilist already. I've called three times in the last month and the district manager has yet to call me. Next step is small claims court. It's in Hauppauge. I already have the paperwork and it only cost 20.00 if anyone else needs to go. Very simple process and they are very helpful with filling out the paperwork. Stay far away from the smilist! What happened to this person that posted this some months ago they I just read, they did the same exact thing to me today I went there February 14th everything is good to go with the insurance and then they told me I owe a Bill????l So, I decided I'm not even going to get get involved with these people. I'll go somewhere else. It pays to read reviews sometimes

Hate writing negative reviews. Very disappointed. First time patient. They told me they accepted my insurance. They had all the insurance information before my appointment. They asked for my insurance card again upon arrival for my appointment. My appointment went well. The dental hygienist (Jamie) was excellent. Very thorough. I went to this office for a consultation that I had to pay out of pocket to be tested with so much bias as if my insurance wasn't good or my race I'm not sure to be honest. The woman who was suppose to confine my insurance had an attitude and kept repeating "I don't think we take your insurance" when I called my insurance company and they told me this dr was in network that's why I believed it is a racial issue.
