I've been with Simply beautiful smiles for about 10 years. This last year I changed offices from Medford to Willingboro ( rancocas road ). I recently had a tooth break in 1/2 and I needed a root canal ( no problem ) and then a prep for a crown. the temporary crown came off this weekend and my follow up for the crown was this wed. I called today to get the crown put on today ( its there and ready ). They say they can't put it on until Wed. when the original dentist will be there. No if ands or buts: Can't be done ... read more
Went here about a month ago, this was a new dentist since my insurance changed, Receptionist was not friendly at ALL.. Dentist told me I needed a crown and estimated it would be around $600 out of pocket, -insurance would cover the other half, okay, So I thought he got all the info he needed to order the crown, I'm at work a few days later and VERY BUSY, I get a call from the dental office and he needs to see me right away being that he is only there on certain days, He forgot to get the shade....
