This place is amazing! I have not been to dentist in years because of my prior dentist rude comments. I moved and decided to check out this place and my dentist is amazing!! Her and her assistant made me so comfortable and walked me step by step! Transferred entire family here!

Well I don't know what to say I'm so happy with my visit. All the people that work here have such an uplifted personality kinda like the old times I'm 56 and things went that way long ago. This is my first time here and it's going to be more. But the dentist I got Dr. Lopez was OUTSTANDING! So next time i need to come in it HAS TO BE HIM! his work was fantastic and such an uplifting personality he had. So again thanks and God Bless You All (hugs) Chrissy kikidoe@comcast.net

Called in as a new patient to schedule an appointment. I was told they would call me back to schedule the appointment. Never called back. I called the next day. They had to get more information for my insurance but was told they would call me back before they closed. Never called back. Not a good first impression. Won't be going here.

I get a message about a balance of $48 that I didn't pay when I went to a dental office for two fillings. I asked for the cost of the service ahead of time and was told only $100 which I paid the day of my appt. then I start getting texts from "The Smilest". My dentist office does not share this name nor was I aware of any affiliation. Called the number and the customer services sounds sketchy. They can't even provide you with the actual name of the dental office you visited for which they are billing you for. I'll be going ... read more

This place is a deplorable excuse for a dentistry practice. I have been going there for over 20 years, and since the Smilest took over the practice, the trajectory downward to atrocious care has been steady. It is sad to have witnessed this. When my partial plate broke it was less than 2 years old. I called expecting help with the repair and got nowhere. Dr. Balis examined the partial and accused me of putting super glue on it. Been going here since my teeth grew in as a baby and I am totally beyond aggravated with this place right now! So not accommodating to long loyal patients! And no plan on what to do with staffing issues if someone goes out. First time I was told 8:30 am apt and they called me telling me it was 8 am when I know the lady said 8:30 and I'm still suppose to pay the copay for her mess up? Dr. Applestein is an asshole, is a decent dentist for a procedure, but mocked me because I was on so many medications. I am a licensed medical professional that works in an environment that saves lives in the field and in the hospital, which he didn't know, jackass he is ! Would definitely NOT recommend. My family and I were patients at their office for years and truly, I have no idea why. We should have left their office long before we finally did. We didn't receive proper care and experienced many issues. I am not a confrontational person at all so I ignored many things that looking back, I should not have. I have been going here for over 20 years and they could not have given me the common courtesy to tell me my insurance is no longer in network??This has led me and my family to pay higher fees for over a year. In addition, the office manager who claimed to be sharing the role with another manager was so unhelpful!!! She could not care less about my concerns.
