My husband and I have shared a membership here for about a year now and it always seems to be so trivial at checkout. In that it takes a long time to figure out and apply payment every time or the receptionist just don’t know what they’re doing. Our latest experience today has made it so I don’t really want to come back and cancel our membership. RecommendedGood couples massage. Could up the luxury of the building. Wall base missing in message room and stains on the floor. Had to look at them when on my stomach!
Would NOT recommend. I paid $80 for a set of Gel X nails and they are AWFUL. I reached out to management because the technician was very sweet but I am shocked at how terrible the customer service is. They wanted me to come back and pay to have them fully redone fixed, give me a gift card that isn't even close to what I paid or offered me a 50% refund when these aren't even worth $5. Spa called & cancelled by appt a few hours before I had scheduled a couples massage as a Mother’s Day surprise for my wife. Now there’s no time to arrange another spa. Very disappointing to say the least I definitely do not recommend this spa
