RecommendedJust had my second massage at the Murray location. I had the same massage therapist, Danica. I’ve been having some issues with my back, and she did wonders on my problem areas. I will be going back monthly to get an hour minimum. I highly recommend as the staff if super friendly and courteous. They show that they care!

Don’t buy a gift card here - customer service was terrible
I decided to get a membership with Spa Lounge because my personal Masseuse was on maternity leave. The membership prices seemed fair $65 a month and I could switch between facials and massages etc. I am ending my membership for multiple reasons. I was charged $150 for a facial along with my membership fees without any discounts and dealt with a new receptionists every visit that didn’t know what they were doing on the computer when I advised them I had a membership they couldn’t find, they kept referring me to email manageme... read more

We looked into this and you stated that the day you signed up for the membership you were charged $150. So the first day you came in you booked a 90 minute deep tissues massage. This was July 7th 2022. You paid $89 to sign up for our membership and then used the benefit you received to pay for a portion of your treament and then recieved a 20% discount on the rest of the services which is in line with the membership.
