I recently saw Dr. Dee for a crown because my lower wisdom tooth had broken. She was absolutely amazing in every way, from her kind and patient bedside manner to her incredible talent and skill in delivering the injection all through to my new crown which feels good already after just receiving it yesterday. Her assistants for all parts of the procedure were remarkably skilled and compassionate as well. I have been bouncing around from dentist to dentist since I moved to South Florida, the main issue is that most dentists see you as a financial transaction once you sit on the chair. Dr. Dee and her staff definitely bring back the ethical aspect that dentists and doctors are missing these days: you feel that your patient's needs are addressed before bill, not to mention the time they all take to explain in detail the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options based on your individual case. <i>This review was submitted for th... read more
I went in totally terrified and left feeling confident. Every staff member was a guardian angel. All very nice and professional but constantly reassuring. I had never had a good experience at the dentist before, not ever. I would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. Dr.Dee talked to me like a human and not just another dollar amount. I am one of those people who search out reviews before I visit or purchase. I was thinking, all these 5 stars must be from the staff, it could not be that great. Well I will be the first to admit that I was wrong. Everyone of the staff was friendly, answered all my questions, provided me with water and a blanket when I said I was cold.
