DO NOT MOVE TO THE TAYLOR Choosing to move to The Taylor was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Elevators were broken for weeks at a time, and then once one was a fixed, another broke down. At one point two elevators were broken. Things got so bad that the group chat I have with a couple people who lived here was called "Survivors of the Taylor" and existed solely to discuss the most ridiculous things the building did. Horrible experience Whilst the immediate team in the Taylor (concierge and leasing) are very friendly and accommodating, our experience as tenants at the Taylor has been marred by major construction which has lasted for 4 months and 21 days of our tenancy. We were not informed about the construction despite expecting our first baby. Through the construction the building delivered severely limited amenities and severely compromised entryways and common areas. DO NOT MOVE HERE US RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT.......HAS GOT TO GO! The most mismanaged high rise I have ever lived in. An elevator down for almost a month for a 16 story high rise? (this has happened twice during my lease here). It took me 6 minutes to leave the building today due to ONLY ONE PASSENGER SERVICE ELEVATOR in operation for a 16 STORY HIGH RISE!
