Thank you Termite Guy, because fumigation works, not orange oil! Termites were swarming my home so I called Jeff Hiatt advertised on the radio. A $4,500 Orange Oil treatment was recommended! When I told the inspector I was selling my home he told me he'd have to fumigate if I wanted an "Escrow Clearance".
