Friendly staff but a bit of a let down over all. There were 2 days that the hot water was off and at best was tepid. On one of the days we returned after a long exploration of Old San Juan there was no water at all for a few hours. We had an ocean view room but the windows were so dirty that we couldn't really see much. The best times at the hotel for us were in the morning before the music in the bar area got loud. Fine for the price Too Much pot smell and annoying music, the hotel had a Limited beach chair area Water/beach front, walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants, close to airports

Very nice choice for the Santurce area Very small rooms. No closets. Step up to washroom. The location was great! Short walk or jog to La Placita De Santurce or Luis Munoz Park.

Wonderful I just wish the hotel room windows could open a little bit so i could have gotten the beach wave sounds and the beach breeze inside the room. Thats all, nothing that bad at the hotel. It was still amazing overall. The location was great. Easy access to other areas and the bus was nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again at this hotel. The hotels beach /bar restaurant was nice with a great view overlooking the beach.
