Great potential, give them time to finish construction so it’s actually worth the price they are asking. Tiny rooms, like tiny for NYC. 2 full adults on a twin bed tiny. Older property, so a lot of things in the room are rusted. They had construction for longer than they had predicted during our stay with no apology. My guess is to prep for the event they had the weekend of our stay. The bar was shut down to guest not attending a charity drag brunch event and no tickets were sold on site. Great location and beach services There is no parking; you have to park like two blocks away, but the same happens in almost all the area I had some concerns initially since it was under a significant renewal and it’s more like a gay hotel, but it was excellent! Great location and services
