Your employee Rebecca Tucker likes to go to pages related to child fatalities and laugh at posts. She is anti human and pro pit to an extent that she thinks me posting about a heavenly birthday of a little girl is funny, and another post of a memorial of recent fatalities is just the funniest thing she’s ever seen. I would reconsider her employment.

Wednesday I made a sick appointment for my rabbit. I usually go to Burnt Hills Vet, but it's so far from me, I've been trying to make the switch to the Village animal clinic and I've heard great things about this place. But when I pulled up to the clinic, the road was closed. I tried going a different way, but that way was closed too. The 3rd way would have caused me to be 20-30 min. late. Had the receptionist told me or gave me a heads up over the phone, I may have been able to make the appointment time and not be turned aw... read more

They dropped the ball big time, I had been bringing in my dog for a cough for almost 2 months and Sunday she couldn’t breathe and was rushed to the hospital where she died. She was only ever treated for allergies, and I had many follow ups in between. There was never an X-ray or ultrasound offered even though the cough wasn’t improving, which the animal hospital was astounded was never done. She died from so much fluid in her lungs from tumors, and my family was and is devastated, we had no idea this was coming, she suffere... read more

This clinic is terrible and lack empathy for pets. They do NOT listen to the concerns of pet owners or the signs of a pet in need. We have had concerns for months now and our pet’s health has been deteriorating, all while these people saw this and did nothing. Then after a disheartening incident with our pet they tell us our pet has weeks to live and didn’t care about anything else. They told us she is dying, you don’t need to care for your pets health needs, just let her die.

This clinic has gone down hill. My family had always trusted their service with our 2 German shepherds and cat. Recently our cat had been feeling ill and we brought him here on several visits over the last week to determine the cause. We were told it “could” be several non life threatening issues, from pancreatitis to gas. The last night we brought him here they gave him a shot for gas and sent him home, specifically saying that our cat was healthy and not dying. At 5am the next morning our cat was not better so we took him ... read more

On Monday , my dog got into a bottle of anti freeze. I called right away and the receptionist said “ let me ask a vet what to do” . When she came back to the phone she said “ they said bring him right in “ so I rushed the 10 miles over there , 2 year old granddaughter in tow . They took him in the back and said they’d call me . 4 hours later, the vet called and said , you can leave him here and we can ouch fluids and hope for the best or you can treat him with meds that will stop the kidney failure from happening .i said tre... read more
