Horrible Choice for a relative who actually needs to be cared for. If your relative is still completely independent and wants to live in an expensive apt complex that feeds them then this could be a good choice. My relative was at this facility for 2 months and we paid over $50,000 for care during those 2 months. $30,000 of it was to the Triangle and then they required outside care to cover items that were in the Care Plan they agreed to upon move-in. This looks really good, but I don't care for the location. Given its more "urban" location, I don't think it's a perfect fit for my parents.
