I visited this facility Everybody at The Village of River Oaks was very welcoming. The rooms felt nicer. I felt like I could live there myself. It seemed like they spent a lot of attention on their residents. It was very nice. It felt more like I was living in an apartment or something like that, with staff to help me. I visited this facility My parents will be moving into The Village of River Oaks. The facility is more compact. The prices, especially the down payment, are a lot more reasonable. It's just a really nice community. The lady who showed us around was really nice. I liked her a lot. She knew all the patients that we saw by first name. She knew all the staff, and she was knowledgeable about every single room that we went to. They have a shuttle service that is included with the rent. I visited this facility The Village of River Oaks gave me an extensive tour of the memory care area. I got to see the residents out in the common areas. I talked to a few staff members, and I saw the rooms. Overall, it's very good. They limit their memory care to 35 residents, which is at the top end of what I was comfortable with. I visited this facility My parents will be moving to The Village of River Oaks. I once was invited to a barbecue there, so I went. The people there and the director, Laura, she was very nice and offered to show me if I wanted to see the apartment. I said I just want to meet the residents, and so she took me around and introduced me to more than a dozen people who were just so nice. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom has moved into The Village of River Oaks. We chose them primarily because it's pretty close to where we live, and they have a Hoyer lift accessibility. The place is brand new and beautiful. Everybody seems very friendly and helpful. They have activities all day long. They got puzzles, cribbage, painting, and of course they got food. I visited this facility The Village of River Oaks was beautiful with lots of beautiful common areas. The menu in the dining facility looked fantastic, the people and the staff that I met were very nice and professional. It's a new facility, and I like the location. They also have meals, but I did not sample them.

I visited this facility I had an in-person tour of The Village of River Oaks. It was super close to our house. The staff members were also super nice. The facility was also super clean. The layout was fine. It was just I don't think it would work for us because it was more of an urban feel, I guess, kind of a high-rise living. My dad's going to want more of a country feel, and trees and grass and that kind of stuff.

I visited this facility I chose The Village of River Oaks. The building was brand new. It's only four years old, so everything was new. The main thing is they had a big suite available that they gave me the deal on. That was probably the primary thing was the value of the size of the suite, where it was located, and that it was a real good value. I visited this facility I was very impressed at The Village of River Oaks. I went to see their memory care. Everything was bright. Everybody seemed active and doing things, and the atmosphere was just nice. The staff was excellent, and the rooms were very nice. The location, for me, is excellent. It's just right down the street. I can walk to it.
