Our family was able to have an in person tour experience, and the sales and marketing team were wonderful and made us really feel that this was going to be the place for our loved one. However, the floor plan was awful for being a new building. There was no closet space or storage space in the apartments which was concerning for our loved one.

Overall it was a good experience for us. Our loved one had a short stay of approximately 3 months here. The food was really good, with a healthy menu. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from.

The staff members have all been super friendly, and their helpfulness is outstanding. Our loved one also really enjoys the activities.

Villages of South Hampton Buffalo Speedway location used pressure tactics on my 96 year old mother to sign a complicated 92 page lease while I was out of town. I have been handling her finances for 25 years. After suffering the impact of tropical storm Beryl, 7 days without power AND water at her current Independent Living facility, it was easy to entice her with talk about generators keeping the air conditioning, lights and water on, however, the way it was done was undermining and decieptful. The didn't offer to do anything for my loved one, and they have decided to leave. There were activities, not as many as promised due to the pandemic. During the pandemic they had several services that were cut out. The community wasn't supposed to clean the rooms of the residents, and they didn't do a good job at this.
