I'm really happy my partner and I made the decision to move to The Walker.Garbage pickup is on time, pool area is wonderful, workout facility is so modern & clean, and the general atmosphere is very calm & laid back. The office staff is so nice and friendly they made our process really easy, we weren't stress at all. Best decision definitely!

I regret moving to The Walker. I've been here for almost three months, and it has been a nightmare since day one. Management is unprofessional, the neighbors are rude, and when you try to buy out of your lease, they quote a completely made‑up number that isn't in the actual lease agreement. I'm now working with attorneys and the state because the situation has gotten that bad.
