Verified Renter I have been experiencing so much noise from either the neighbors above or surrounding. It’s a big deal for me because it’s always late at night and it goes on for what seems like forever. Otherwise, I would honestly have given it 4 stars. The other star lacking is parking. I feel that work vehicles and those that don’t move shouldn’t occupy space. It’s literally a parking war. Maintenance is awesome. Issues are completed in a timely fashion and they are always communicating keeping the resident updated.

It's always awesome being able to attend events and utilize amenities such as the gym and the pool while also being able to say hello and socialize with those around!

Verified Renter I enjoy living here does have some cons such as the thin walls you can hear your neighbors tv and conversations, the neighbor above you can hear them stomping across the floor and the smell of weed is annoying when just walking through the halls, elevator or outside. Parking is sometimes not great especially after 5pm kinda hard getting a parking spot or scared leaving a spot to get food or run an errand after 5pm. The amenities and people are nice
