Both staff and neighbors have been nice since day one and the amenities continue to remain reliable and useful. I'm excited to continue my stay here and to have found a place to live I feel relaxed and welcomed.

Verified Renter I have had a very positive experience living at The Walker! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. My neighbors are kind, courteous, and inviting. It's always awesome being able to attend events and utilize amenities such as the gym and the pool while also being able to say hello and socialize with those around!

Verified Renter I enjoy living here does have some cons such as the thin walls you can hear your neighbors tv and conversations, the neighbor above you can hear them stomping across the floor and the smell of weed is annoying when just walking through the halls, elevator or outside. Parking is sometimes not great especially after 5pm kinda hard getting a parking spot or scared leaving a spot to get food or run an errand after 5pm. The amenities and people are nice

Verified Renter I’ve been a resident at the walker for 15 months and have just renewed my lease for another year! I’ve enjoyed my time here. I feel generally safe and really enjoy the community I’ve built here. The leasing staff is wonderful. I just wish the residents would treat the area and other residents with more respect when it comes to community rules. Other than that, me and my pup love it!

If there is an maintenance issue they quickly handle the issue. The community is kept clean and any communication between management and residence are communicated professionally with friendly reminders. I couldn't ask for a better place to reside.
