Pat did an excellent job during the estimate and installation of landscape lighting for the front of our home. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing.
The yard service has been excellent. My front lawn zoysia is fine. But Wallace laid St. Augustine in my back yard in 2022 which began dying immediately. Despite numerous calls and texts, all I've gotten about the back yard has been a runaround. I'm ready to cancel the yard service at the end of the current contract and find someone else.

If there is a Mr and/or Ms Wallace, we have not had the pleasure of meeting them. The only reason we are informing them through this venue, is because they do not have their contact information on their website. If we were the owners, we would certainly want to know the truth about the epic fail of a full yard cleanup, which was scheduled for yesterday. Wallace was quite possibly the worst nightmare in landscaping experiences. I will start by saying that the crew that did our retaining wall was great, they had good communication and did a nice job. However the rest of the job and the management was a disaster. No communication, I had to keep hounding to get any information on a start date. The service replacing our sprinkler system was excellent. The work was done well, and timely. We're delighted with the new system. We talked with a different person about sodding our lawn. He said it would be a few months. It's been three months and I've heard nothing else. I'm looking for someone else for the job.
