Had my Grandad's watch repaired after sitting in a drawer, broken, for 20 years. Tony and the team were really knowledgeable, helpful and full of useful advice. No pressure for extras, though we ended up getting a new strap, and returned later for new batteries in a couple of our other watches. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing service, needed my bracelet changing on a Hamilton watch, they changed it perfectly and it fit perfectly. The attitude and attention to detail of the staff was spot on and thorough. I didn’t manage to get the name of the guy who took my watch but he was great. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to do any service / adjustment on their watches. They also have some great watches to buy. Definitely check them out.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Tony for his excellent and friendly service! He was welcoming, helpful, and honest from start to finish. While other jewellers were quoting £30 each for taking links out of my watch Tony offered me 2 for £20 – a fantastic deal with no compromise on quality. Great value and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling others!

I asked the staff member what’s the price of a watch band pin but advised him I didn’t know the size I just want a price roughly He laughed and was very rude immediately started to patronise me saying “ well depends on the size “ then told me it’s £10 for a fitting So I asked him £10 for the whole thing? He then continued saying “ depends on the size of the watch band pin “ Very confusing very unhelpful.
