John was extremely helpful. We had been turned away by three other watch shops, to take out the links of my sons watch, after being wrongly told the watch was ceramic. John informed us the watch was metal and was able to take the links out, quickly and for a much cheaper price than quoted. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.
