Chris provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to get my watch working again. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping rather than just getting the job done. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough. Chris was very helpful and friendly. Went in for a bracelet adjustment and he was able to do it on the spot (expected to have to leave it for 30-mins to an hour), couldn’t have asked for better service.
