“It was the kind of stay I was looking for.” Don't really know. I liked the location very much. Very quiet, excellent for relaxation.

Good I felt the room was a bit patched together. Taking the old and trying to make it look new. The quality of the workmanship was a bit poor such as the texture in the bathrooms was shot over the door jams. Old pictures and lamps that do not match the decor. It may have only been my room but that might deter me from coming back for the price. Nice location and in the area I stay often. Not far from the water and ease to get around.

“Quiet location with comfortable beds. Beach is behind property in neighborhood area” A friendly greeting from staff would be nice. I encountered a not so responsive welcoming and that is something that sets the stage for your stay. I felt the same way at checkout. The room and location of property were quiet, cleand and comfortable.

“Great location, room needs a new bed.” The bed was not comfortable at all, and smaller than I was led to believe we had reserved. Location was perfect. Across the street from the monarch butterfly sanctuary, and within walking distance to the ocean. Perfect for us.
