I messaged Wei Wei via Yelp Sunday, January 3rd and we had custom blinds installed on Friday the 8th. 5 DAYS! Now that is excellent customer service! The string broke on the blinds in our living room and we had no privacy (and also on another window downstairs). They understood our discomfort and made sure we had new blinds quickly. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Two lovely designers came over with samples on the 5th and measured the windows. Wei wei did an excellent job of providing us with a product that met our needs. We multi sourced and they were least expensive and provided the best product. The final installation was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them!

I love my new drapery! Wei Wei drapery did a great job, they came to my house measured, showed me verity of fabrics, gave me price right away and made this drapery in 3 weeks. Can’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!
This is the best window treatments company I have worked with so far.The process was seamless they asked me what I want ,and I sent them photos prior the appointment, and they showed up with prepared samples it took us 15 min to make the selection then we got the quote right away , they were keeping us posted every step of the way while the shades were being made and in about two weeks our shades were installed and they look amazing.We never had such a fast and easy process of buying window treatments.
I was so indecisive with so many options, the Wei Wei crew were patient and understanding, answering any and all questions, even providing examples for me!
