I have been hunting house for months. And I'm really picky. Finally I choose my dream house and now workning on it now.So I'm very glad Ryan is my agent. As a first-time home buyer whcich I had no clue about anything. He has so much patience and very organized. Especially his expertise that make me feel really confident and comfortable to do business with him Buying a new house is big decision and change you financial life. I definitely recommend Ryan.

Ryan Zhu is the best. I have bought couple of houses and worked with different realtors, and he is the best. Very patient, and listens to your needs. He will work with you to make it happen. I think we have visited more than 20 houses, and he helped me to find my dream house. He negotiated a price below fair market price. This was a house with lots of upgrades and the seller had several offers. Ryan somehow convinced the seller that my offer was solid even though it was below other bidders prices.
