2 year resident Love living here! Everything is great! Maintenance takes some time, by other than that I like it here!

Best in Lafayette Best place if you're looking for where value meets quality. Low-cost but surprising quality and amenities for such good price. Kind of like living in a 3-star hotel, which is...awesome :-)

Campus crossings The overall experience here is okay, they have good sales for leases but they hardly ever work with you for payments. It seems they always forget that the residents of these apartments are college students, and college students who attend a money hungry university. To add to, they can't seem to keep things in working order here and get things fixed in a timely fashion but they don't give you the time of day to get your money situated for payment. anonymous Never lived there but wanted to see if the location and buildings would suite my life style. Very nice place, however I have not seen the inside of the actual apartments. But from the landscape and location it seems very nice to live there.
This is a really great deal This apartment community is the best! and at an amazing price deal.
My overall experience was amazing! For starters, my tour guide was very friendly. The rooms that she showed us were very well furnished and maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone.
sjbw The apartments were beautiful!!!!!! However, person that showed them to us was a bit on the pushy side. I felt that everything that she said & every answer she gave us was rehearsed and not genuine ! We ended up going with another apartment in the area.
Wish I could put a 0 Multiple problems that staff took long to take care off. They inspect ur living room and if there is any trash they charge you 25-50$. I recommend strongly that u stay away

Please save yourself the trouble Our year at this complex has been hell on earth. They forced us to move out of our unit 2 months after moving in for remodeling. Our first unit had a soldier fly infestation and was a poor excuse for a “livable” apartment. Someone got jumped right outside of our unit. Hot water didn’t work. They shut the AC off in our building in the middle of summer despite us still living there. Our new unit was disgusting, mold in the bathroom that maintenance never cleaned despite promising to.
