This was my first home and usually you hear that it’s very stressful. My experience was so smooth, yes I was a little stress but not because of the loan part just because it was my first time buying a house. I love the fact they would send you videos, explaining what step you were in. The staff I worked with always got back to me fast and helped me understand anything I was confused by. This was truly a easy and great experience, if I even buy another home I would truly love to work with them.

There were a lot of mistakes made that if my husband and I had not thoroughly read and caught would have made a huge difference in our loan. Overall portal was easy to use, but at times didn’t feel like my best interest was a priority.
