Great experience. Made the process very easy.
Theo was great! Closing coordinator and underwriter was a different story. Communication was unclear and requirements were often wrong and then changed as we fulfilled them. We were asked to sign documents multiple times that had bad data in them and asked for documents meeting certain date ranges only to be asked again.
