Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. I could not get the promo code to "take" on my order form, so I called the customer service line for help. The woman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. She immediately gave me a new code and helped me sort out my order so that my gift would be sent directly to my friend. A+ customer service.

It was fine. I do believe in today's market orders over $50 or so should get free shipping however.
I absolutely love my heated vest and purchased one for my 96 year old father last year. He wears his everyday in the winter, and I wear mine everyday I am out for recess at school. My battery was easier for him to operate, so I gave him mine, but I think we wore it out!

I was surprised by the free shipping and the added protection of my online purchase by Norton. II think that the price for the glove batteries was fair.

I work outside & was looking for warm gloves. The Warming Store popped up & caught piqued my interest. The gloves I chose looks nice & doesn't appear to be bulky. & the price is very reasonable.
Purchased jacket liners and needed controllers and connections from aime motorcycle show in Columbus ohio. Very knowledgeable sales persons, used jackets on motorcycle trip last week, works great! Should have bought items years ago!
