Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. I ordered from The Warming Store for a backpack cooler I saw featured in the New York Times. I ordered it in anticipation of receiving it within four to seven business days. Unfortunately that did not happen and it was not delivered until about two weeks after I had ordered it.
