It took me many different screens to click back and forth to get all of the information that was required before being able to submit the request. It should have pre-populated in the program. I finally was able to get everything I needed. Once I had information, results and reimbursement check was on it's way. That part I am very thankful. One thing that could be better is a digital booklet stating what is and is not covered per the plan. There are multiple tiers to the plans and each tier covers one thing or another. Easy process to apply. I can only hope you'll be much easier than Healthy Paws if I have a claim. They have become a nightmare with my other dogs. I don't know why I keep getting emails to insure my dog when I already have just insured him. Thanks
