Very impressed at first. Now 3 months into it, I feel a total lack of communication. I call, I either get a mailbox or a different paralegal every time that does not know my case. And NEVER anymore do I get a return call. Talk to my attorney? Ha! It's been weeks. I feel my case has been bumped way down on the importance scale. If so, fine. But someone needs to communicate that to me! If not...great! But what's going on and where do I stand? Talk to me!
