My dealings have been primarily with Laurie Dobbs and she has been very responsive and understanding of the emotional aspects of this case (GM ignition switch) involving my elderly mother who is a victim and has suffered greatly physically and emotionally. I have not had any contact thus far with Mr. Henry, but hope that will change as we get closer to a resolution of the case. Thank you.
