If you are looking for a Dermatologist in East Texas, look no further. Dr. Lambert actually spent time with me, and I never felt like he was rushed for time. He has an excellent demeanor and I trust his knowledge. He was thorough and complete with medical suggestions, and was able to explain his reasoning in a way that made sense to me. He removed 7 moles from various locations, and my skin has never looked better. His office setting and friendly staff are a nice bonus.
I love this office! From Dr. Lambert's knowledge of Dermatology and his ability to explain things to a non medical person, to his friendly office staff! They really strive for excellence! They got me in quickly and i saw an actual Doctor. This office is great. Highly recommend them .
Takes time to talk to you, answers your questions, no matter how silly you might think they are. The best staff in any office I have ever been in. If you think you have really have something wrong with your skin, call. Oh yes, I forgot. I P L treatments are really great! Just ask Kelley
Dr. Lambert is a wonderful, caring and skillful Doctor. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family.
The office was very clean and inviting. The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Lambert has great bedside manner and explains the medical issues well. I did not feel rushed while visiting with Dr. Lambert, which was nice.
Not very likely to recommend Dr. Lambert. Very poor patient care. He comes into the room, sits, and talks a little. Doesn't even look over your skin conditions. Refused one of my medication refills because he wanted another $210.00 office visit. This Doctor, since he opened his own office is all about the money.
I spent close to $700 for Botox on 11's and crow's feet (first timer) and a chemical peel. Dr. Lambert gave the Botox, Kelli (the Anethesist) the chem peel. The 11's with Botox did well although I could not enjoy it because the crow's feet got deeper, longer and much worse. Dr. Lambert reinjected 2 weeks later, crows feet are now being FIXED by another dermatologist. Kelli ruined my skin. When I verbalized my displeasure Kelli got a very bad, unprofessional attitude that I paid $300 for!
