I don't even know where to begin! Kevin was amazing. Our situation was really tricky and as we kept saying, it had a lot of moving parts. Kevin helped me and my mom buy the house we envisioned, in the place we wanted to be. He was responsive, helpful, informative, patient and really came through with flying colors. Great advice on the best rates, terms, etc. Nudging me when I needed to sign stuff, etc.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kevin. He was very personable, professional and fast with what he needed to do. We feel like a major reason why we got the house we did is because of Kevin. It is not fantasy that he makes dreams come true and we appreciate everything he did for us.
