Able to schedule, do testing and have procedure within a minimal time. Easy to talk with and Dr Cook listens to all concerns.
Dr. Cook is always prompt, listens well, exolains process details that I can understand . This is also repeated during surgery. My worries are very minimal when he is my doctor. His staff is also professional and friendly.
Everyone was kind, from the moment I checked in. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. I felt comfortable and they made sure that I knew everything I was supposed to due prior to my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Cook, to my family and friends.
