Excellent! He was able to remove the soft tissue that day, easily, painlessly, and almost nothing but a tiny line where he stitched me up. Very good with no scarring or pain!
My experience with my surgeon was very positive. He had excellent bedside manner and took the time to truly listen to what I was explaining about how I was feeling. I never felt rushed during our conversations, and he didn’t dismiss my concerns. Able to schedule, do testing and have procedure within a minimal time. Easy to talk with and Dr Cook listens to all concerns.
Dr. Cook is always prompt, listens well, exolains process details that I can understand . This is also repeated during surgery. My worries are very minimal when he is my doctor. His staff is also professional and friendly.
Everyone was kind, from the moment I checked in. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. I felt comfortable and they made sure that I knew everything I was supposed to due prior to my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Cook, to my family and friends.
