My wife has visited Dr Yu’s office a number of times since 2006 and experienced impeccable professional service every time. In my opinion Dr Yu is the “Go to” Dermatologist if you want an expert dermatology diagnosis with outstanding successful results.
The diabolical itch part deux: path report name back neither benign nor malignant. Suspicious with other stuff mixed in. I feel like a human pizza. Anyway, going back Friday to have Ninja Yu remove a pound of flesh. I'm not afraid of the procedure and I'm grateful he is so cautious. I don't even care about a large scar (scars = cool stories & survival). I'm just so thankful that I found such a skilled, brilliant, kind and caring doctor to take care of this Very Scary Diagnosis.
Dr. Yu is always a perfect five! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and personal. He explains the medical situation carefully, is through, and always finds time for a quick chit-chat. Wonderful doctor!
My twelve year son had an appointment scheduled, and upon our arrival, we were informed the appointment had been cancelled three weeks prior. Unfortunately, I did no receive any form of communication, whether it be an email or a text message, regarding this change. Dr. Yu's medical care was fine. I'm docking stars because as I was sitting in the exam room waiting to be seen, I overheard the assistant who took my medical history presenting the information to Dr. Yu and then they both started laughing. Now the door was closed so I couldn't hear every detail (they could have been laughing at something else or an inside joke), but it came across as very unprofessional.
