The gentleman that helped me on the phone was very polite and answered all my questions and when he wasn't sure of an answer he was upfront about it and put are call on hold to get the answer.
You explain everything very well
It was good. The only thing was the end with the two photos. Wasn’t sure if I sent it to the right place or did it right to stop payments on time from when I emptied out storage. Other than that it was storage and it was good thank you.
Tina was Wonderful! She helped me with all my questions and she was courteous and professional! Give her a Bonus!!! :) Regards, Albert Teto
Definitely my best storage experience to date. The office staff are awesome too. Will use again if the need arises.
Awesome! It was very fast registering! The lady was very nice and explained everything.
I needed a storage unit near my house & it had to hold a washer & dryer, table & other things. The storage unit I got was perfect! I'm glad I don't need it anymore. They were very good to deal with.
Everything was great and fast when I rented both units. My only problem is the price. I feel I shouldn't have to get insurance if I dont want to , it should not be mandatory , it should be the same as renters insurance for your apartment, get it only if you want to .
Exelente y seguro
