Three Oaks Hopsice took exceptional care of our mom during the last nine weeks of her life. The staff was wonderful, treating mom with dignity and respect. Thank you Luke, for setting us up with your services. You were professional and kind. Thank you Sulyn, Cindy and Cheryl for your caring and love. Mom loved y'all and so did we. Excellent care and attention by Wendy. She has been very attentive and caring to my mom, seeing that she is eating well and encouraging her to stay active. The visits by the Chaplain are terrific. He spends a great deal of time singing with the residents and really getting to know them. I have not heard from the social worker yet. I’m am curious about that role. Perhaps there has been a visit and I’m just not aware of it.

My aunt has terminal cancer, but it’s not “major” at the moment (she can still do stuff herself or with family help), but we wanted hospice. She was with Three Oaks for about seven months. Obviously, being in hospice that long isn’t common, but her body is still fighting. And, because of the time, I feel she would stick out to her nurse. I think the biggest issue was the lack of communication/follow-up during that time.
